I’m 28 and starting to see fine lines around my mouth and on my forhead. I use oil of olay everynight for prevention but how can I get it back to normal bc its going downhill fast.

There r 2 natural ways to get rid of wrinkles. First off, buy cocoa butter (Target has it) and put some on your wrinkles everynight. I know it sounds weird, but Cocoa butter is what we call an emollient; that is, it’s a substance that softens and helps your skin retain moisture (ie. water), thus getting rid of wrinkles by keeping your skin healthy. For the problem areas around your forehead, try this: press both your index fingers on your forehead above your eyes then push up against them with your eyebrows. Resist with your fingertips. Repeat this 8-10 times, rest, then repeat five times.

As for the area around your mouth: place your fingertips on your cheekbones, a couple of centimetres in from your temples and tilt your chin towards your chest. Use your fingers to lift the muscles up and over the cheekbones, and breathe out. Create a stretch by opening your mouth slowly, continue opening and closing your mouth – repeat between five and 10 times.
